Enligt en artikel i Yahoo News stämmer Google en grupp polska poeter som registrerat domänen www.gmail.pl. Google, med sin tjänst Gmail, anser inte att den polska gruppen “Group of Young Artists and Writers” har rätten till domännamnet gmail.pl och försöker därför stoppa poeterna.

Poeterna försäkrar att de inte har köpt domänen med avsikt att sälja den dyrt till Google för att tjäna lite (mycket?) snabba pengar.

Man kan ju inte annat än undra hur en så stor organisation som Google missar att registrera domäner för sina viktigare varumärken. De bör ju ha minst en person som är ansvarig för liknande uppgifter…
