NyTeknik skriver att Microsofts nya operativsystem Windows 7 finns att ladda ner i testversion. Men bara för de 2,5 miljoner första användarna.

IDG skriver att Microsoft har bekräftat att Windows 7 ska släppas i minst tre versioner. En av dem ska vara specialanpassad för minibärbara.

IDG skriver även att Windows 7 snabbar på grafikkort med DirectX 11.

IDG rapporterar om att Microsoft tvingades i fredags att stoppa nedladdningen av Windows 7 beta på grund av oväntat hög belastning på företagets servrar.

IDG testar Windows 7 och menar att trots att Vista är version 6.0 av windows, har Windows 7 enbart blivit versionsnummer 6.1.

TkJ har också rapporterat om att nu finns Windows 7 Beta att ladda ner för alla!
