I disagree with that statement. A web designer isn’t ”good” if he includes misspelled keywords on a web site.
Perhaps if you written ”a good SEO-spammer” it would have made more sense.
Actually, as users tend to spell words differently, it is good to cover all bases. There are numerous examples of how users misspell common search phrases and if you are aiming for one of those phrases, you should also take the misspelled one’s into consideration.
